You'll pass beautiful Lake District fells, over the imposing peaks of the North Pennines and all the way to the historic harbour at Tynemouth or to the beautiful beach at Sunderland.

There is some beautiful Lake District scenery on this ride and gazing down Ennerdale or towards Skiddaw or Blencathra is sure to inspire you. Beautiful towns like Keswick and interesting mining villages like Allenheads sit along the route to provide a warm welcome at the end of each day. You will find one of the most aspired to road climbs in the country over Hartside Pass and some challenging climbs around Nenthead and Weardale. Your reward however is a 30 mile cruise at the end, from high in the moors all the way down to the North Sea. Choose your own dates and how many days you would like to take for this fantastic coast to coast cycling tour!
